Rules of carriage by bus

1. Bus orders, modifications, amendments, and cancellations are accepted solely by telephone (495) 956-36-87 from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. during business days.

2. If a fault of the vehicle is detected while serving on order, the Contractor undertakes to provide a replacement vehicle to the Customer within the shortest possible delay.

3. In such event the Contractor pays for the services in full, without consideration for the waiting time for the replacement vehicle.

  • When the vehicle is delivered later than the specified time, the Contractor will not be liable to pay for the services provided under the current order.
  • A fault of the car means impossibility to operate it in compliance with the Main regulations for admissibility of vehicles for operation and obligations of officials to ensure traffic safety as approved by order No. 1090 of the Russian Government dated October 23, 1993.

4. The number of passengers must not exceed the number of seats specified in the bus features description.

5. It is strictly forbidden in the bus to:

  • smoke and drink alcohol beverages in the passenger compartment of the bus (minibus);
  • drop litter in the passenger compartment and place dirty bags on the seats of the bus (minibus);
  • distract the driver without a plausible reason while the vehicle is moving.

In the event of a breach of the conditions (rules) of bus rental by the customer, the driver may suspend (refuse) performance and discharge the passengers from the bus.

6. In the event of the damage or deterioration of the passenger compartment of the vehicle due to the passenger's fault, the repairs, dry or wet cleaning of the passenger compartment are performed on the Customer's expense.

7. During multiple day orders, hotel accommodation and meals (2 times a day) for the driver are paid by the Customer.
