1. Tariffs around the city (calling and pick-up - free of charge):

5 minutes of free time at the point of departure are allowed to the customer for boarding the vehicle.

2. Example of calculation for changing tariffs:

Note: With pick-up and travel beyond Moscow Ring Road, without moving around the city, the fare cannot be less than the minimum order ( 300 rubles).

3. Tariffs to/ from the airports/transfer (apply round-the-clock):

* CAD - Central Administrative District;
EAD - Eastern Administrative District;
NAD - Northern Administrative District;
SAD - Southern Administrative District;
WAD - Western Administrative District;
NEAD - Northeastern Administrative District;
NWAD - Northwestern Administrative District;
SEAD - Southeastern Administrative District;
SWAD - Southwestern Administrative District;

For travel to and seeing from the airport, 10 minutes of free time at the point of departure are allowed to the customer for boarding the vehicle, further tariff is 9 RUR/min.

The cost of paid parking on the territory of the airports is not included into the fare and must be paid by the customer in accordance with the tariffs of the entity providing the parking space.

When several people are to be seen from the airport to be taken to different addresses: the tariff for seeing from the airport applies until the first passenger leaves, then the calculations are performed in accordance with the urban tariffs, without taking into account the amount of minimum order around the city. In the event of pick-up from several addresses: first, before the trip to the airport, the urban tariffs apply, without taking into account the amount of minimum order around the city, and then the fixed tari ff from the district where the direct trip to the airport starts.

When driving to the airport from the pick-up address beyond Moscow Ring Road: first the tariff beyond Moscow Ring Road applies, then the City-Airport tariff from the nearest district, regardless of the itinerary. When seeing a passenger from the airport with the destination address lying beyond Moscow Ring Road: first the tariff "Airport-City" applies up to the district where the trip beyond Moscow Ring Road starts, then, the tariff beyond Moscow Ring Road.

For the travel "City-Airport-City", the calculation goes as follows: double "City-Airport" tariff + parking fee + waiting time.

For the travel "Airport - Station", the tariff "Airport-City" (center) applies + parking fee + waiting time.

When cancelling the booking for the travel to the airport less than 30 minutes before the pick-up time, the customer is liable to pay the minimum urban fare. If the pick-up address is beyond Moscow Ring Road, the customer pays for the distance to be driven beyond Moscow Ring Road plus the minimum urban fare. For seeing the passenger in the airport, the "Airport-City" tariff needs to be paid.

4. Tariffs to/from stations:

For travel to and seeing from the station, 10 minutes of free time at the point of departure are allowed to the customer for boarding the vehicle, further the tariff 9 RUR/min applies.

To calculate trips to the stations, the urban and beyond Moscow Ring Road tariffs apply.

Seeing from the stations is calculated in accordance with the urban and beyond Moscow Ring Road tariffs + lump sum of 150 rubles.

The cost of paid parking on the territory of the stations is not included into the fare and must be paid by the customer in accordance with the tariffs of the entity providing the parking space.

For "Station-Airport" trips: pick-up from the station 150 rubles + "City-Airport" tariff (center) + parking fee + waiting time.

When cancelling the booking for the travel to/seeing from the station less than 30 minutes before the pick-up time, the customer is liable to pay the minimum urban fare. If the pick-up address is beyond Moscow Ring Road, the customer pays for the distance to be driven beyond Moscow Ring Road plus the minimum urban fare.

5. Supplementary services:

5.1.  Courier service (delivery of merchandise, post, and light loads of up to 5 kg on the customer's instruction): regular fare + extra 100 rubles lump sum.

5.2. "Station Wagon" service (partly or fully unfolded back seats; carrying oversize luggage in the passenger compartment): regular fare + extra 150 rubles lump sum.

5.3.Vehicle transfer service to the specified address:

The time of using the vehicle in excess of 1 hour 11 minutes is rounded upwards to 30 minutes for the purpose of calculation.

If the Vehicle Transfer service is ordered, the customer is liable to pay the return journey of the driver by taxi in accordance with the company's tariffs.

5.4. Animal carriage is subject to the driver's agreement and to the Animal Carriage Regulations (dogs are carried in muzzles and on mats). Price of the service: regular fare + extra 100 rubles lump sum per one animal/item.

5.5.  Child safety seat service. Is provided subject to preliminary agreement with the Dispatch Service. Price of the service: regular fare + extra 150 rubles lump sum.

6. Miscellaneous:

6.1. When cancelling the booking for the travel around the city less than 30 minutes before the pick-up time, the customer is liable to pay 300 rubles. When cancelling the "ASAP" order, the customer is liable to pay the minimal fare if the car has arrived to the pick-up address or if 50% of the time before arrival has elapsed.

6.2. In the event of the damage or deterioration of the passenger compartment of the vehicle due to the passenger's fault, the repairs, dry or wet cleaning of the passenger compartment are performed on the Customer's expense in accordance with the service provider's tariffs.

6.3. Carriage of the customer's luggage inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle is charged 30 rubles per item of luggage (except for hand luggage), including skis. Assistance in loading/unloading luggage: 100 rubles (lump sum).
