in the event of pick-up from several addresses: f irst, before the trip to the airport, the urban tariffs apply, without taking into account the amount of minimum order around the city, and then the fixed tariff from the district where the direct trip to the airport starts.

7. Supplementary Services

Assistance for ceremonies and weddings	Minimum order time: 2 hours for 4000 rubles,further 1000 RUR/30 min. The time of using the vehicle in excess of 1 hour 11 minutes is rounded upwards to 30 minutes.
Delivery of correspondence, flowers, gifts etc. (lightweight freights).	1800 rubles for the first hour, further 900 RUR/30 min. The time of using the vehicle in excess of 1 hour 11 minutes is rounded upwards to 30 minutes.
Animals Carriage (subject to the driver's consent and to the Animal Carriage Regulations).	Basic fare + 500 rubles per animal. Providing a mat for the animal is compulsory.
Vehicle transfer	1800 rubles for the first hour, further 900 RUR/30 min. + return journey for the driver in accordance with the basic rates of our company. During the vehicle transfer beyond the Moscow Ring Road: 25 RUR/km (without account for the time of journey). Waiting time beyond the Moscow Ring Road: 10 RUR/min.

Miscellaneous:

When cancelling the booking less than 30 minutes before the pick-up time, the customer is liable to pay the minimum fare, in accordance with the type of order placed. When cancelling the "ASAP" order, the customer is liable to pay the minimal fare if the car has arrived to the pick-up address or if 50% of the time before arrival has elapsed.
In the event of the damage or deterioration of the passenger compartment of the vehicle due to the passenger's fault, therepairs, dry or wet cleaning of the passenger compartment are performed on the Customer's expense in accordance with the service provider's tariffs.
Carriage of the customer's luggage inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle is charged 200 rubles per item of luggage (except for hand luggage).
